This information is processed to handle your enquiry and its execution in accordance with Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. User information may be stored in a customer relationship management system ("CRM system") or a comparable enquiry management system. Without this data, we cannot process your request.
2. Use of the website
When you visit the website, general technical information is collected. This usage data is technically recorded in a log file and may be used and stored for statistical analysis of this website. In addition, this data is technically necessary to display our website and to ensure stability and security. This usage data is not linked to your other personal data. Social media
As long as you do not click on our social media links, no data about you is processed by the social networks. However, if you click on one of the links, the information obligation regarding data collection and processing no longer lies with us, but with the operator of the respective social network. YouTube embeds
Among other things, the company uses so-called embeddings or embeds of content in online offerings. These embeds can, for example, come from the YouTube platform. A classic embed is, for example, a video on the YouTube platform. The embedding is carried out using the technical method known as framing. With framing, simply inserting an HTML link provided by YouTube into a website’s code creates a playback frame (English: frame) on the third-party presence and enables playback of the video stored on YouTube servers.
The company uses the framing codes generated by YouTube in the so-called “enhanced privacy mode”. According to YouTube, cookie activity and the resulting data collection are only linked to the use of the video playback function itself. Against this background, data collection through mere use of the website with framed content is prevented.
Our legitimate interest lies in the aforementioned data processing operations and the purposes pursued thereby. The legal basis is Art. 6(1) sentence 1 lit. f GDPR.
Google Tag Manager
Google Tag Manager is a solution that allows us to manage so-called website tags via an interface (and thus integrate Google Analytics and other Google marketing services into our online offering). The Tag Manager itself (which implements the tags) does not process users’ personal data. Google Analytics
This website uses the “Google Analytics” service offered by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy, Mountain view, CA 94043-1351, USA). Google Analytics is a web analytics tool that evaluates data about the behavior of users of a website. This service is based on “cookies” that are sent to a Google server and stored there. Google may also transmit this information to third parties if required by law or insofar as third parties process this data on behalf of Google. If a user accesses the site from an EU member state or the European Economic Area, the IP address is shortened and thereby anonymized. This removes the personal reference of your IP address.
